"The System Was Rigid and Lacked Flexibility"
Green Acres was using DJ Connect and ERPNext, but faced mounting frustrations with vendor dependency, manual processes, and lack of customization.
Communication Chaos
All circulars were in one long folder. Parents couldn't tell which ones they had read. Many stopped reading circulars altogether.
Manual Report Cards
Teachers entered marks manually. If a child moved to the next year with a mistake, the entire batch had to be rolled back to correct one child's marks.
Unreliable Payments
The payment gateway would stop communicating after two days. Money was refunded even though the system showed it as paid.
Manual Attendance
