We're Building the Future ofEducation Technology

Co-founder, Unity | Founder, Walnut Schools

For eight years, we tried building a homegrown ERP at Walnut School. Eight years.

We had 2,500 students, 400 teachers, 10,000 parents depending on systems held together with duct tape and prayers. Fee collection was chaos. Attendance took hours. Teachers spent more time on paperwork than teaching.

Then we discovered Frappe and ERPNext. In just 18 months, we rebuilt everything—and more. Modules that took us years were done in weeks.

Our implementation partner, Hybrowlabs—led by Chinmay Kulkarni—didn't just deliver software. They showed us what was possible.

The results spoke for themselves. It was a real transformation.

That's when Chinmay, Sankara, and I looked at each other and said: "Every educational institution deserves this."

Thus, Unity was born.

We Think AI-Native

The old way of building software is over. Engineers used to translate requirements into code line by line. That was the job.

Now? AI handles the mechanical work—the boilerplate, the wiring, the repetitive tasks.

Your job is bigger.

Think AI-Native

We don't just use AI. We think AI-native. You're the reviewer, the editor, the source of direction.

Delegate, Review, Own

Delegate routine tasks to AI. Review what it produces. Own the strategy and decisions that matter.

Build What Matters

You're not here to write a hundred lines of code. You're here to solve problems that change how educational institutions operate.

You're Building for the Next Generation

You're not building for hypothetical users. You're building for:

The Educator

Who stays late preparing lesson plans and deserves tools that save time, not waste it.

The Parent

Checking fees on WhatsApp at 11 PM because that's the only time they have.

The Student

Whose report card should celebrate their growth—not just their grades.

Who We're Looking For

We don't hire for resumes. We hire for mindset.

Problem Solvers, Not Code Writers

You see code as a tool, not the goal. You care about outcomes—making schools work better.

AI-Curious Minds

You're excited about working with AI, not threatened by it. You want to direct it, not compete with it.

Ownership Mentality

You take responsibility for what you build. When something breaks at 2 AM, you're already fixing it.

Mission-Driven

You believe education can be transformed. You want your work to matter beyond a paycheck.

You're Part of Something Bigger Now

We're building the operating system for modern education.

Institutions like Walnut Schools, Green Acres Academy, PhysicsWallah, and DY Patil University trust us today. But we're just getting started.

Welcome to Unity. Let's transform education—together.
