1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Unity Education ERP ("Unity", "our service", "the platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Unity for educational institution management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Unity's platform
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Account
To access certain features of Unity, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete
- Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify Unity immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Unity only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Unity:
- In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Unity, a Unity employee, another user, or any other person or entity
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Unity
5. Data Privacy and Security
Unity takes data privacy and security seriously. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. For detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Availability
Unity strives to provide 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Unity at any time, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Unity and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Unity Education ERP and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Payment Terms
If you purchase a paid subscription to Unity:
- Payment is due according to the billing schedule agreed upon during signup
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to Unity immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Unity, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or similar damages, including without limitation loss of revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
